Our employment process begins with us receiving applications, since the count of applications is relatively low, we tend to spend some time on each application. We hire people under the age of 16, and often tend to prefer them in some fields, i.e. beta testers, social media related jobs., our preference for engineering positions is completely neutral.
After reviewing all applications, we tend to hire all of the people we think are good fit, and have some sort of skills for the job. It is completely possible for you to get a job at Sociohouse without the relevant skills.
